Hi, My name is Dominie and I am a qualified Yoga teacher, Hypnotherapist and Holistic Therapist and have other qualifications in Personal Training, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Women's Health, Massage, Reflexology and am a Reiki Master Healer.

 I have been a driving instructor for over 10 years so I am used to dealing with nervous and anxious beginners.

I also have Hypothyroidism & Fibromyalgia so am fully aware of the pain and fatigue these things can cause and how Yoga, Gentle Exercise And Mindfulness, Meditation & Hypnotherapy can help.

I like to think my Yoga sessions are fun and we don't take ourselves too seriously. I don't try to get you to do poses like you're auditioning for Cirque De Soleil.
I do 1-2-1’s and 2-2-1’s if you and a friend would like a class together.
